SHIPPING

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat $8 shipping fee applies.

Please note that oversized items — including our Giant Baguette, Giant Crayons, all Poufs (Baa Baa Sheep Pouf, Moo Moo Cow Pouf, Whale Pouf), and Pizza Cushion — are excluded from the free shipping threshold. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address due to their size and weight.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS. Please allow a few extra days for processing during holiday seasons, sale events, or new product launches.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping email for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control — we are unable to estimate or collect them at checkout. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that helps cover the cost of packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. The cost is automatically calculated based on your order total and shown at checkout.

While we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives safely, issues can sometimes occur with third-party carriers. SavedBy can help in situations where we would not otherwise be able to assist.

Return + Exchange

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, please email hi@littlelambkind.com with "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line, and describe the situation. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back to your address at your expense.

Important:

— A $8 restocking fee applies to all returns

— Shipping costs are non-refundable

— Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

— Personalized/custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective

— We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake

If a product arrives defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the product.

We're sorry to hear that! Please email hi@littlelambkind.com with "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line, along with a photo showing the defect or damage.

If the item is defective, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. If the item is out of stock, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please email hi@littlelambkind.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Please note: order cancellations are subject to an $8 restock and admin fee. Personalized/custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

No — sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This applies to any item purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event, seasonal sale, or clearance.

The only exception is if a sale item arrives defective — in that case, please contact us at hi@littlelambkind.com and we'll make it right.

FAQ

Safety & materials

Yes. Safety is at the core of everything we make. All Little Lamb Kind fabrics, PP cotton fillings, and parts are tested to EN71-3 standard — the European toy safety standard for chemical elements — and are certified free from harmful heavy metals and toxic substances.

Specifically, our products are tested and confirmed free of: aluminium, antimony, arsenic, barium, boron, cadmium, chromium (III), chromium (VI), cobalt, copper, lead, manganese, mercury, nickel, selenium, strontium, tin, organic tin, and zinc.

Additionally, any squeakers, rattle sound parts, and fillings are tested to meet U.S. safety standards (ASTM).

Always check the recommended age on each product page and remove all packaging before giving a toy to a baby or young child. Never leave a toy unsupervised in a crib or cot.

All Little Lamb Kind products are tested to:

— EN71-3 (European toy safety standard — chemical elements / heavy metals)

— ASTM (U.S. safety standard) for squeakers, rattle parts, and fillings

This means our products meet both European and American toy safety requirements. All fabrics and PP cotton fillings are certified free of harmful heavy metals and toxic chemicals.

Every product on our site includes a recommended age range based on both safety requirements and developmental appropriateness. You can find this on each individual product page.

You can also use our "Shop by Age" navigation to browse by stage:

— 0–6 months: rattles, loveys, paci friends, soft books, mobiles, tummy time mats, musical toys

— 6–12 months: activity toys, sensory toys, musical friends, early grasp and reach toys

— 1–2 years: stacking, sorting, busy toys, early pretend play, fine motor activities

— 2–4 years: pretend play sets (cooking, pets, café), Montessori activities, poufs, SEL flashcards

— 4–8 years: more complex pretend play, writing tools, SEL soft books, activity kits

Age labels on toys are based on safety requirements, not a child's intelligence or maturity. Always follow the minimum age recommendation on the product label.

Product care

Our products are designed to be easy to care for. Always check the sewn-in care label on your specific product first — it is the most accurate guide.

General care by product type:

Soft toys, plush stuffies & loveys (Baa Baa, Moo Moo, Willow, Marigold, etc.):

Machine washable on a gentle, cold-water cycle with mild detergent. Place inside a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to protect during the wash. Air dry — do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

Poufs (Baa Baa Sheep Pouf, Moo Moo Cow Pouf, Whale Pouf):

Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. The EPP bean filling must not get wet — do not submerge in water or machine wash. Air dry fully before use.

Activity toys & Montessori materials:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash items with structured or wooden components.

Diaper bags & fabric accessories (MARSU, CAFE HOPPER, etc.):

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Most fabrics are water-resistant. Check the product label before machine washing.
