Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat $8 shipping fee applies.
Due to their size, oversized products such as POUF and PIZZA CUSHION will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the final destination.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 3-7 business days processing time before your order is shipped. If your order contain a pre-order or back-ordered item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS/ USPS. Please allow a few extra days for processing during holiday seasons.
All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays.
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
Pizza cushions are oversized products and are excluded from the free shipping policy due to the size, and shipping cost will be calculated by the ship-to address.
WHAT IS SAVED BY PACKAGE PROTECTION?
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
DO I NEED SAVEDBY?
You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I CAN RECEIVE A NEW PACKAGE?
SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.
WILL SAVEDBY REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY?
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it!

DUTIES + TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF U.S.
The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect the related duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duties.
